Shortcut to Movies

A shortcut to "Movies" should be added alongside the already existed
shortcuts (e.g. Documents, Pictures, Muisc, Games etc.)- when you hit the
"Start" button.

It's pretty trivial to add your own link to the Quick Start Bar, or Desktop,
or to rename one of the existing shortcuts that isn't used frequently.
