I have my Sony 8.1 MP camera set at its highest settings and it takes and prints great stills. The movie clips are good viewed on the computer. I have not tried this before. Might I get better results purchasing a capture program? Thanks for your help, CB |

Not to mention the fact that video is not that sharp anyway when paused. I can tell you...in Movie Maker...you get a better screen capture when the video is played from the collection pane that when it's played from the timeline. You could certainly try a more sophisticated app but I suspect you will not see that much improvement. If you do a Google search for something like: 'capture video still shots' you should find some software to try. Good luck. -- J. Use .png as file format. They come out a little better than .jpeg. |
