Windows DVD Maker always stops working on second stage

Windows DVD Maker always stops working whenever I click "Next" after adding
the files to burn.

I see this entry in the Event Viewer:
Faulting application DVDMaker.exe, version 6.0.6000.16386, time stamp
0x4549b5b0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6000.16386, time stamp
0x4549bdc9, exception code 0xc0000374, fault offset 0x000af1c9, process id
0x1200, application start time 0x01c7373e7ed2261f.

Any idea how to solve it ?

I had the same problem when trying to add MPG files. But, if I converted the
files to WMV files using Windows Movie Maker, DVD Maker worked fine.

The problem could is most probably be caused by a bad DirectShow Filter. If
you scan your PC for Directshow Filters with available Freeware-Tools you can
see all the filters that are installed by the applications. I had some issues
with PowerDVD6, Nero Burning (All Version incl. 7.8.5), DivX6.5 (I think) and
others I don't remember; I tried removing all filters for a vendor and always
used a "good" codec pack, like e.g. "FFDshow tryouts" or alternatives - then
DVD Maker worked well for me.

I found Cyberlink Power DVD 7 but can not find the WINVISTA Patch. Can you
provid the URL for this?
