I just upgraded from XP to Vista Premium. Now when I open Windows Media
Center, I get an error that says: "The regional configuration settings for
this computer could not be determined. Please restart and try again."
Restarted, but still get the error.

When I go to Tasks>Settings>TV, Media Center has a fatal error and closes.

I checked all the regional settings that I know of and they are all fine. I
updated all of the device drivers for my machine (Sony Vaio).



Any idea what the issue is?

I have the same problem!! (upgraded to Vista Ultimate)
Any help on this yet?
