| | Vista MCE TV card Signal Source Problems (TV Via S-Video) Hi there all this is my firt post here after getting Vista So here my question, I have a Compro DVB-T200 Hybrid TV Card now although i can pick up normal Digital Terrestrial TV. I have a subscription to Cable TV (NTL) with nearly all the channels and have my set top box connected to the TV card via S-Video. Now when i enter MCE to set up a TV connection, MCE insists i use the antenna which i don't want to cos i want to use S-Video Input so that i can get all my Cable TV via that. It seems to me that when MCE does a download of somekind just because i am in the UK it assumes i want to watch via antenna? I know that this setup worked cos the PC used to Run Win XP with the iMon software, i have downloaded the corrrect Crivers and Vista Recognizes the TV card correctly. So my question is can i get MCE to watch TV via S-Video instead of the antenna signal |

| | Re: Vista MCE TV card Signal Source Problems (TV Via S-Video) The Media Center appliation in either MCE2005 or in Vista does not support the Analog tuner on hybrid analog/DVB-T cards such as yours which is why it only is looking for an antenna connection for the DVB-Tuner on your card. As you have found other software application then MC will support the analog tuner.
