Vista - Media Center X64 will crash after 10 seconds

Hi!

Whatever I try I can't get Media Center to work! It will crash exactly after 10 or so sconds.

The error message displayed reads:

I thought it has something to do having several services disabled but I reenabled all of them except

Any Idea what causes this crashes?
My TV card is not working due to lack of drivers but that should not cause MCE to crash I think?
