So were you able to find a solution to this problem. It has become quite
annoying lately. Always pops up during startup or at random times.

Go to Control Panel (Classic view) > Problem Reports and Solutions, click the
"View problem history" link in the left blue pane. Right click on a problem and
select "View Details". Sometimes the module that is causing the problem is
very evident. If this does not give you an idea of what is causing the problem,
click the "Copy to clipboard" link in the lower left corner of the window and
past into a reply to this thread.

hi yes i have had the same problem because of other media players
conflicting
with wmp 11 vlc classic wmp and nero show time best thing to do is to
go in to your c drive and acsses program files and delete all the other
media players that ar in ther it worked for me hope this helps regards
