| | Can't view photos in Windows Media Centre of Vista Ultimate This is as strange as it sounds, I am just not able to view my jpeg-photos in Windows Media Centre. I have Windows Vista Ultimate. When I go to Picture & Videos and click on Picture Library, it shows me the icons for the picture folders. When I bring my pointer to a folder it shows that the folder contains 0 images, in reality it contains 56 jpg images. And when I click on the folder icon, it says No pictures were found. I am really surprised by this, please help me out |

| | RE: Can't view photos in Windows Media Centre of Vista Ultimate Here's a couple of things to try 1) Ensuring that your JPEG files are associated with a Microsoft application From the Start Menu, right below the Control Panel option there's an option for "Default Programs" - Default Programs - Set your default programs - Windows Photo Gallery - Choose Defaults for this program (select the file types you want associated such as your jpeg files) or 2) going to the following Media Center options -Tasks - Settings -Library Setup - Stop Watching a Folder (stop watching the folder your jpeg files are in) Then do the same thing but add the folder you just removed -Tasks - Settings -Library Setup -Add Folder to Watch (add the folder your jpeg files are in again and let Media Center remap the files) "Aashir" wrote: > This is as strange as it sounds, I am just not able to view my jpeg-photos in > Windows Media Centre.
