| Guest | Previewing WMF thumbnails in Vista Windows Explorer? If I had known that I couldn't do something this simple, I would have stayed with XP. This is the exact thing that makes people laugh at Microsoft. You give us .wmf files, but we can't preview them. What is this, Corel? | Guest | RE: Previewing WMF thumbnails in Vista Windows Explorer? Any word on this yet? I find it sad that in XP you could preview wmf thumbnails but NOT cdr (corel), in Vista it is the opposite. If you change your view to display "All Files" you can see the cdr image and then select the corresponding wmf (providing both images are in the same location). | Guest | Re: Previewing WMF thumbnails in Vista Windows Explorer? jpg and tiff are bitmap formats. The whole point of wmf files is that they are vectors (like Coreldraw files) and so can be scaled without pixelation. Essential if you use clipart.
