Vista - Photo Gallery Doesn't Open pictures

When signed in as Administrator- When I try to open a photo in a folder,
Photo Gallery starts but the picture will not open. The hour glass just
sits there but nothing happens.

When I sign in without Admin rights- When I try to open a photo in a
folder, Photo Gallery starts and the picture open.

Any fixes for this?

what you gotta do is uninstall your monitor's drivers and use vista's default
monitor drivers, restart, and it should work. I had the same problem, went
into device manager, uninstalled my monitor's drivers, used windows,
restarted, and now my pcitures can be previewed in photo gallery.
