I'm trying to view a quick little video my little sis sent. It will only open
on real player though. When I try to play it, it tells me that i need to
dowload quick time. Which I do, then it tells me that it could not install
due to error code 2738. What is this and how do I correct it? It's driving me
mad!

Ok...I have some info on the
2738 error but it's for WinXP.
Maybe someone else will offer
some ideas.
