Vista - Movie Maker 6

Move Maker 6 quite simply does not work!

I just tried to create a title for a movie, without attemting to capture any
footage (as this doesn't work either), and it failed.

I opened the program, and tried to create an opening title, when I click to
add the title I get an error message... Windows Movie Maker has stopped
working...
followed by another message... A problem caused the program to stop working
correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is
available.

Game over! What's up with this program. If it quite simply doesn't work at
the moment could Microsoft be so kind as to let us know this. This will save
heaps of pointless discussuions in this group and save us all trying to find
ways of getting it to work.

Any one else with the same problems who feels the same way?
