    Rotate picture by degrees

I need to straighten pictures. XP's Picture Manager allowed rotating a
picture a degree at a time. I don't see this feature in Vista. Is it there
somewhere? Will MS add it at some point?

    Picture Manager is included with
    MS Office...try reinstalling MS Office.

    The freeware IrfanView has an
    option to rotate by degrees:

    Download IrfanView
    http://www.tucows.com/preview/194967
    (get the plug-ins too)
    http://www.tucows.com/preview/415586
    (yes it runs on Vista)

    To rotate right...enter 1, 2, 3, etc...
    To rotate left...enter -1, -2, -3, etc...
