Vista - Photo Story 3 Crop Tool

I used this on xp. downloaded to new vista home premium.( cp burned up. )
Worked great. Now on Vista I cannot use the crop tool. It jumps all over
the place. Everything else is fine. I downloaded it twice looking for
repair, but still doesn't work. It is a nice program for a beginner using
pictures. Can anyone help? Thanks

Sounds like an issue with your video driver.

Reducing your Graphics Hardware Acceleration
