We record our sunday sermons to audio cd. I'm looking for a cheep (or free)
Vista OS program to convert the audio cd to 16kbps (yes 16 kbps) mp3. This
is all I need to do, so I don't need a program with any other options.



Your help would be appriciated.

I used to have this one but I don't remember if it's lowest (GoGo) was 16Kbp
or of it was 32. But try it anyway.
