Vista - WMP 11 - Update album info not working

Hello,
I am trying to solve a problem that's really bothering me. When I go to put
in a CD under WMP11 I am trying to update the album info before ripping. I
right click on the "unknown ablum" and click on find album info. It finds
the correct album, however when i press "finish" it doesn't do anything at
all. I tried looking in the privacy settings and nothing has worked. Anyone
have this problem or a solution? Thanks in advance.

Is the library working? In some cases, this can be caused by a corrupt
library-

I don't think this is the problem. When I RIP a CD, the internet is on, but
it does not open to FIND ALBUM INFO ... like it shows in the instructions !?
