Vista - Yahoo music Jukebox

Audio will not play on Yahoo Music juke box. I get the following message:
unable to play media (unresponsive). I have followed the instructions below,
but it doesn't help:

Error message "Unable to play media (unresponsive)"

On certain Dell computers using Sigma Tel audio software -- especially on
Vista -- you may be having problems playing tracks with the Yahoo! Music
Jukebox or seeing the error "unable to play media (unresponsive)." If so, you
should disable all enhancements on the Sigma Tel driver:

Vista:
Go to Control panel > Hardware and Sound > Manage Audio Devices
Select the Sigma Tel device and click Properties
Select the Enhancements tab and check the box 'Disable All Enhancements.'
Click OK until you are back where you started
