is there any 3rd party software which has the same looks and feel of windows
vista photo gallery!
and also operates as easily in the same manner like it
Also is there any way the i can install vista photo gallery in windows xp

includes MS Digital Image Suite Library which
you'll find to be quite similar to Windows Photo
Gallery. Actually I'm reasonably certain that DIS
Library was the model for Vista Photo Gallery.

As John indicates, Microsoft Digital Image Suite is similar to Windows Photo
Gallery.

To answer your second question, though, no: you can't ue Photo Gallery in
Windows XP. Digital Image Suite is a good alternative for XP computers.
