| | Cannot Capture Full Screen MC Content Print Screen key works when Media Center is not running in Full Screen mode. However, when Media Center is using the full display, a Print Screen results in a black image to the clipboard. It seems as if a full-screen display of the Media Center cannot be captured at all. Does anyone know if this is by design or are there any configuration settings in Vista to make this work? This was not a problem in MCE XP. Any feddback is appreciated. |

| | Re: Cannot Capture Full Screen MC Content This is "by design". It's DRM related.. I personally see it as overkill, but... To take a screen shot, put MCE in a window and stretch it to the limits and then do the print screen. Best I can offer. | Windows XP | Re: Cannot Capture Full Screen MC Content Have you tried disabling hardware acceleration in the Video Settings? If you select Video Properties --> Settings --> Advanced. There should be "hardware acceleration" somewhere here. Disable it moving the slider to "no hardware accelaration". The screen capture should work now. Good luck! |
