I'm using paint to draw cartoon type pictures. When I save the picture and
re- open it, there are light colured pixels that surround my drawing. This is
making it impossible to fill in the background. can anyone help me?????

try changing the format you saved the picture as, some formats have more features to be able to save all the changes.
