I have the same problem. Did you D/L in Unprotected mode with the firewall
disabled? This allows the license to D/L (check properties of file and it is
there, Unless you D/L to Desktop.) My music only plays when I am logged in
the Music Store. Access to Go is supposed to allow you to sync to a portable
music player & play the songs for one month on your computer until you renew
the license next month.
This is extremely vexing. This worked on my old XP in June but not on Vista.
