The successor to MS Picture It was MS Digital Image.

The latest and last version was:
"Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006 Anniversary Edition"
(this software will run on XP and is optimized for Vista)

There's still a 60 day trial version you can download if
you want to try it.

(this product line has been
discontinued but you can still
download the Starter Version
and run it for 60 days)

Unlike the retail version...the trial does not
have the ability to create VCDs and it does

like Amazon and eBay.

I found the answer to running Picture It on Vista at another forum. Right-click on the Picture It! icon and run as administrator. It worked for me!
