Why is it that every time i open my Video folder (or any folder which videos
are in) that i get this message saying ' Com Surrogate has stopped working. A
problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the
program and notify you if a solution is available. '

What does that mean? It only happens when ever i open a folder which
contains video files.
