Vista - cant upload video due to .MSWMM file extension

i made my videousing wiindows movie maker...then when i was trying to upload
it in you tube...i cant because the file extension is .MSWMM,what shall i do
so that i could upload it?i cant change the extension using right clicking
then choosing rename.
Pls helpme me because this is a surprise for my future wife

..mswmm is the project file which is only compatible
with Movie Maker....you need a completed movie
file (.wmv, .avi) for sharing, uploading, etc...
