| | Sony NW-E002 MP3 Device and Sync problems My new Sony USB MP3 Device[NW-E002] could not be sync with the music files came in with the VISTA's WMP music file. I opened the WMP and cliked on the Sync tab. Then dragged the music tracks that came with the VISTA in it's music file to the right column to sync. now I clicked the sync button . I could see a green bar moving to suggests that music files [I presume here] transfer to the MP3 device. Now when I unplug the MP3 device and the MP3 device screen says "NO DATA" What can I do to import music tracks from my computer hard drive to my USB MP3 device? Thanking you |

| | Re: Sony NW-E002 MP3 Device and Sync problems I am almost certain that you must use Sony's software "SonicStage" to load music. http://www.sonydigital-link.com/DNA/..._NWF&m=NW-E002 "snowshine" <snowshine@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:E9EF3963-D8A5-4109-986C-6B092C210133@microsoft.com... > My new Sony USB MP3 Device[NW-E002] could not be sync with the music files > came in with the VISTA's WMP music file. > > I opened the WMP and cliked on the Sync tab. > Then dragged the music tracks that came with the VISTA in it's music file > to > the right column to sync. > now I clicked the sync button . > I could see a green bar moving to suggests that music files [I presume > here] > transfer to the MP3 device. > Now when I unplug the MP3 device and the MP3 device screen says "NO DATA" > What can I do to import music tracks from my computer hard drive to my USB > MP3 device? > Thanking you |
