    itunes setup assistant warning

So I updated to Windows Vista Home Premium a few days ago...I have itunes 7.2
but today when i try to open itunes an iTunes Setup Assistant Warning comes
up. It says..."Warning! The registry settings used by the drivers for
importing and burning CDs and DVDs are missing. This can happen as a result
if installing other CD burning software. Please reinstall itunes. itunes was
not properly installed. If you want itunes to be able to retrieve CD
information from the internet, you need to reinstall itunes."
I did not install any CD burning software, so i don't know why this is
coming up. I tried to reinstall itunes, but windows vista won't let me as
there are errors when i try to do so. I don't know whta to do...PLEASE HELP
    ME!!!!
