I downloaded photos and videos. They were searchable by anybody throughn the
search function. I tried to delete them but couldn't. then I deleted recently
searched but couldn't get rid of the photos/videos. I finally deleted the
visuals but not the titles of the photos/videos.

How do I get rid of them?

You need to provide more detail on just how you deleted the files. Did you
use a photo/video organizing application to delete them? Or did you use
Windows Explorer? When you said "I tried to delete them but couldn't" did
you get an error message? If so, what was the message? Where and how are you
seeing the titles of the photos/videos?
