Vista - Getting rid of video thumbnails

Hi. I've deleted a video file, but can't seem to get rid of the thumbnail.
When I do anything to the thumbnail, the "file not found" message comes up.

Go to Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\System Tools and open Disk Cleanup.
Put a checkmark next to Thumbnails. Click on OK This will rebuild your
Thumbnails database.

You can delete them in disk clean up, but Vista will put new one's there
again on new files.
