Vista - Media Center Software Restriction Policy

Hi,

All of a sudden the Vista MEdia Center won't launch anymore. I keep getting
a pop-up that says the media center is not allowed to launch due to software
restriciotn policies. I set the green light for Media center in the Group
Policy Object Editor (disabled), but still no result. Is there anyone with a
solution to this problem?

what have you installed lately? New drivers, software, settings?
Some manage to cure the problem:

but some don't, as I have seen.

Try setting Media Center as a default program, as suggested.
Please report if it worked for you.
