Specifically, how to you batch resize them?
I used to use the powertoys one for XP and it was great. Is there something
similiar for Vista?

I think Irfanviewer will do this, it does batch process multiple
files in other regards.

Thanks, I was hoping to not add any third party software onto it. I really
liked the one that Microsoft had as an add-on.
