| my hp pavillion webcam i am having trouble opening my webcam when i am at yahoo messenger there is no icon or anyway to turn my cam on when i am online there.i have to change screen to my media plaer turn the cam on go back and the light is on but the cam is notopen so that others can veiew and i cannot veiw others. please help ! Then a error comes up: ``You are using the webcamera in another program, or it is not turned ON``.... What do i do? I have Pavilion Entertainment PC dv6000, and intergrated webcam.. | Re: my hp pavillion webcam You can only use a webcam with one program at a time.. Do you have any other programs that may be using it? Like Skype, ICQ, etc.? | Re: my hp pavillion webcam I'm having exactly the same problem; the webcam worked for a while but since we installed a new mouse it doesn't work anymore.
