| | Unable to view pictures in Film Strip format in Vista? HELP!!!! I'm trying to figure out how I can view my photos in "FILM STRIP" view just as I did in Windows XP. Vista only allows me to view them in "Extra Large Icons" which, still arent that large, the Film strip view was a lot better, and even if I Customize the folder to be "Photos and Videos" this option is still not available. Please Help! |

| | RE: Unable to view pictures in Film Strip format in Vista? HELP!!!! The film strip view is removed in Vista. (IMO it's good they removed it because I think wasn't that really useful) However, you can enable the Preview pane, where you can view the pictures a lot larger but without opening them. (Organize>Layout>Preview Pane) "AntonXP" wrote: > I'm trying to figure out how I can view my photos in "FILM STRIP" view just > as I did in Windows XP. | | RE: Unable to view pictures in Film Strip format in Vista? HELP!!! Hi Ronnievdl and AntonXP, I'm having the same problem. Previously, i could preview my images in small icons before opening them. Now I don't have a clue which are which since all my images are named as default from my camera. Even if I use the "Preview Pane" I still don't see the picture. All I see is the default image from Vista. Is there anyway I can fix this? Thanks, FLS83 "AntonXP" wrote: Quote: > thank you very much for your help and quick reply. > > "Ronnievdl" wrote: > Quote: > > The film strip view is removed in Vista.
