Can't burn CDs in Vista with Media Player 11???

Hello:

I did a clean install when I upgraded to Vista Ultimate and can't burn cds
any longer??? I go through all of the steps...no problem, however, when it
comes time to click on the burn button on the lower right corner, it is not
higlighted (no pointer over it, etc). Nothing is freezes...it just isnt ready
to be clicked on???

Any help you could offer would be great. BTW- The burners work in iTunes.
And I had the problem before I installed iTunes, so that is not the issue.
Also, I have no other media software on my PC at this time (how could I,
nothing I had in XP works in Vista anyway). I'm not dogging Vista - Vista is
great work, but it is too forward looking and lacked real support for 95% of
users who still have hardware and software from the current and the past...
