| | Re: Windows Media Player 11 Columns... To start a new thread, go to the newsgroup you wish to post to and press the New Post on the Toolbar of Windows Mail. Do you mean that when you play an AVI file, all you get is audio and no picture? That is probably caused by a missing codec. I would guess DivX. You can download a free program called GSpot which will analyze the file for you and tell you which codec you need. ONLY download the codec from the manufacturer. Do NOT install so called codec packs. If you need the DivX codec, go to divx.com and download the package. BUT do a CUSTOM install and ONLY install the codec -- the rest of the package is not fully Vista compatible. -- I Bleed Blue and Gold GO BEARS!
