| | Sony mini-CD digital camera My computer won't recognize my sony digital camera (MVC-CD350) when I connect it to my computer via the USB cable. Furthermore, if I take the mini-cd out of the camera and put it into the computer's cd-rw drive, the computer seems to think the disk is blank. Could anybody PLEASE give me some help here? |

| | Re: Sony mini-CD digital camera To connect the camera using USB you will have to get a Vista driver from Sony. Does the camera have a firewire (i-link) port? To be able to read the mini CDs on your computer, you have to finalize them in your camera. Read your manual. -- I Bleed Blue and Gold GO BEARS! | | RE: Sony mini-CD digital camera I was having the same problem as you. What I do now is to "Finalised" the mini disc in the camcorder then play it in my laptop. If you need to burn it to a DVD, then you'll need programs like Sony Vegas, Nero, etc. I guess Sony has not update most of its product softwares to run compatible with Vista.
