Vista - Some Thumbnails are dimmed/blurry

TucsonLady n/a posts	Some Thumbnails are dimmed/blurry When I look at the thumbnails of my pictures, most of them appear to be blurry/faded/dimmed. Some are crystal clear. What's going on and how do I fix it? -- Tucson Lady
