| Guest | Sending pictures from the picture file and windows photo gallery. Please help...... I am trying to send pictures from my picture file and windows photo gallery, I click e-mail, select the size and attach but nothing happends after that. Why won't my windows mail open a new message for me to compose???? |

Just to see if that works... I have called the local Microsoft Support but they tell me that since my computer is a Dell I should ask the Dell support. That is possible only by phone and paying a substantial charge, which I'm trying to avoid. Have you tried to contact the Microsoft Support in your country? Open (write) a new message - Attach a picture as it is, e.g. 2 MB - Couble-click the name of the picture in the attachmet slot of the e-mail, to open it - With the picture open, click "e-mail" and "attach" - Close the picture: you are back to your e-mail. You will see that the size of the picture has been shrinked. Please let me know if it works with you.
