Vista Tutorial - Can't update album info

I have Windows Vista Home Premium on an HP Pavilion desktop. When adding
music CDs to the library, the album info does not get updated. Windows Media
cannot connect to the internet.

I've run setup several times, but that has not fixed the problem. When I
first got the pc, I could download the album info. I don't know what has
changed.

I have a good internet connection, & am able to download the album info on
another pc that uses the same internet connection.

Any ideas?
