I am confused since AFAIK your STB can only output one selected program
signal at a time over its coax RF output interface. If so, all you are doing
is feeding the same program to both of your tuners.
Or does your cable STB box also have recording capabilites that you are
possibly using? Or does your cable STB possibly have the option to just pass
through the raw cable connection that it is receiving from the wall as if it
was not even there.
