Vista - Vista MCE Live TV: Audio/Video out of sync

I have been having a problem with live tv and recordings in Vista MCE. The
audio is 3 seconds earlier then the video. I have just brought a new system
which I am using as my media center and have installed a Pinnacle 110i PCTV
tuner. The PCTV card worked previously on my my WIN XP old desktop with no
problems. I have installed the latest Vista drivers for this pinnacle PCTV
tuner, but I still have the same problem. Some friends suggest that I
reinstall Win XP, but I would like to have it working with Vista.

Can somebody out there out me with this problem?

Have you also installed the latest Vista drivers for your graphics card from
the chip supplier's website for your graphics' card?
Do you have the same problem when playing a DVD in Media Center.
Do you have the same problem if play a recorded program using Media Player
instead of Media Center?

Yes, I have installed the latest Pinnacle driver for my TV Tuner card.
No I do not have this problem with a DVD.
Yes, I have the same problem when I use Media Player.

The problem exist with live TV also. When I use the Pinnacle Media Center to
show or record live TV, then I have no sync problems. PMC allows you to
record in MPEG or Divx Home theater formats. But these formats do not play in
Media Player.

I am stuck, do you have any other suggestions?
