Vista - WMP crashes in tabs besides "now playing"

I've been recently unable to open up WMP 11. The UI loads, but the middle is
white, and it freezes. I realized that I could double click music files, and
open up wmp that way, but when I click the library, rip, burn, or any of the
tabs, it freezes. I can open up wmp if I set it to open on "now playing" but
when I try to go to any other tab, it still freezes.

I've tried most of the things I've read online pertaining to library
corruption and everything, and I don't think it's that. I think it's fine
right after I restart my computer, but then it starts hanging again. Thanks

Are you getting crashes or just hangs? Hangs are different than crashes.
Crash data is generally much more useful.

If you're just getting this hang - could you make sure to report these via
the Problem Reports and Solutions center? I don't currentl ysee anything
matching this hang.
