WAN Miniport (IP) Question

I accidently deleted WAN Miniport (IP) using NETCFG -u MS_NDISWANIP command.
I tried NETCFG -l %windir%\inf\netrast.inf -c p -i MS_NDISWANIP and returned
error message.

I tried adding thru Control Panel - Add Hardware etc. The option to install
WAN Miniport (IP) is not available.

How can I reinstall WAN Miniport (IP) ?
Thank you for your helps,
Ming.
