Internet Explorer hangs frequently

    Internet Explorer hangs frequently

    I just moved to HP Pavilion Elite m9040n PC with Vista home premium.

    Internet explorer hangs frequently. E-mail is still working. I must
    terminate IE and start it over again. It can happen on any site. Click on
    it and it becomes ghosted and says NOT RESPONDING.

    any ideas? thanks...pat

    Right-click on the IE7 icon>IE7 without add-ons.

    See if that helps.
    It is does,add them one at a time until you find the offending one.
