| | Fresh Vista can't access some websites, including www.microsoft.co I reinstalled Vista Business for a few times and the symptom is always the same. Internet access to some domains(including microsoft.com, adobe.com, yahoo.com, live.com, etc) seem to be blocked but most are accessible(like amazon.com, google.com and ebay.com, etc). It can't be hardware or driver problem because it's able to access most of the websites. It can't be the router config problem in my home network because other hosts in same network are happy. I'm posting this question from another machine in the same home network. This issue stop me from using my new desktop computer. Any suggestions? Thanks. Regards -Jiaqi |

I also tried starting from safe mode, disable firewall or killing processes from task manager one after another but none of them helped. I tried several suggestions in link but they didn't help either. Those suggestions were mostly to clean some mess caused by other softwares, while my case happens to a fresh OS, or even a fresh OS under safe mode. Is there any system log or debugging tool that I can look into?
