| | xp printer driver install error I have a home network with three computers, two with Windows XP and one with Windows Vista Home Premium to which is attached a Konica Minolta magicolor 2400w printer. The printer works fine from the host computer but I can't print anything from the two xp machines. Printer sharing is enabled and I can "see" the printer from the XP computers. I think the problem lies with the XP driver. When I try to install the XP driver on the Vista host through pinter properties\sharing\additional drivers, I get the following error message: "Unable to install Konica Minolta magicolor 2400w, Itanium, type-3 user mode driver. Operation could be completed (error 0x00000007e)." Any help would be appreciated. |
