Log of Old IP Addresses

Is there a way to see which IP addresses have been assigned to your PC in the
past? I am trying to remote desktop into a PC at my home, but I can't
remember what my IP address is.

Not that I know of...

In the future you might consider using one of the free dynamic naming
services like No-IP.com or DynDNS that assign a fully qualified domain name
(FQDN) to your public IP. The way it works is you install a small program on
your PC. The program contacts the No-IP or DynDNS servers on a time
scheduled basis. The servers then know what your current IP is and map that
to your FQDN. You call home using the FQDN. If your PC is behind a router
then note that some routers have built-in support for that. I have used both
and they work equally well.

If you have someone at home have them go to http://www.whatismyip.com and
get the current public IP as an interim solution.
