Re: vista has dropped connectivity with Netgear router

ok I unbound from IPv6 no change again,
How do you do the other two steps?
Also do you think there is a setting under my power plan that will allow me
to change whether I want to disconnect from the internet when I put the
computer into sleep or when it automatically goes into sleep. It seems that
the problem only happens when it comes out of sleep.

Re: vista has dropped connectivity with Netgear router

as a test, change the power plan to high performance.

as for step 2, depends on what router you have, but generally when
you log into your router, there is a wireless setup option that
    turns broadcast on or off
