Vista - wired network problems

I have a wired network with a broadband router attached. I have an XP
computer and a Vista Home premium computer on it. Recently I have tried to
add a new computer that runs Vista Home Ultimate on it. The linksys set up
program shows that it is attached to the network, but the internet nor file
sharing work. After speding a hour with Linksys tech, they determined that
there is something in the Vista version that last computer has that won't let
it work on the network. Even pings to the router are unsucessful. Anyone
have any ideas what I can do to fix this?

Posting the result of ipconfig /all here may help.

Today to further run a check I took the xp computer off the network and
reconnected it on the network cable running to the vista ulitmate computer,
the XP computer worked fine. I then put the vista ultimate machine in the XP
computers spot and it appeared to work as well. I then ran free speed tests
on both machines and found that they both d/l about 7000+k and 512 K upload
which is fine. However, I then switched the computers back to their original
position as we need the vista machine where it is currently located and it
again runs very slowly. It takes about 5 minutes for the avg web page to
load if it does at all, the same for email. Some other details I left out
yesterday is that I am connected to the internet through a Motorola 5100
broadband modem and the router is a Linksys befsr41 ver 2.1. I want to thank
