Vista requires admin rights to copy file to network share

I have a Vista Business box connected to a W2003 server.

My problem is that when I try to copy a file to a network share on the
server, Vista demands admin password to copy the file.

Vista allows to read files from a share using ordinary user rights, but
won't allow to copy a file to a network share as an ordinary user, only
as administrator. The networks shares are configured correctly, ie
things work nicely with XP ....

Any advice on this ?

If it works fine with XP, that could be the UAC issue. To confirm it,
disable UAC and try it.
