| Guest | Vista requires admin rights to copy file to network share I have a Vista Business box connected to a W2003 server. My problem is that when I try to copy a file to a network share on the server, Vista demands admin password to copy the file. Vista allows to read files from a share using ordinary user rights, but won't allow to copy a file to a network share as an ordinary user, only as administrator. The networks shares are configured correctly, ie things work nicely with XP .... Any advice on this ? -- confused08 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ confused08's Profile: http://forums.techarena.in/member.php?userid=39415 View this thread: http://forums.techarena.in/showthread.php?t=891441 http://forums.techarena.in |
