sharing music with player on network

I have an Audiotron(attached to stereo) connected to my home network with
music files on a separate drive. I just switched from xp pro to vista
business and when I turn on the audiotron it searches for music and it see's
the computer that has the music drive, but will not read it. The drive is
shared.
